Toughening of epoxy resin by modification with acrylate liquid rubber containing pendant epoxy groups

  • 摘要: 研究了含环氧基团丙烯酸酯液体橡胶对环氧树脂三乙醇胺固化体系的增韧作用。结果表明,增韧环氧树脂体系是以橡胶粒子为分散相的两相结构,丙烯酸酯液体橡胶能显著地提高环氧树脂的冲击强度和断裂韧性GIC,幅度分别达63.0%和350%,而拉伸性能、弯曲性能和玻璃化温度的降低幅度不大。
