Effect of Chain Extender on Properties of Transparent Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomers

  • 摘要: 以二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)、聚四亚甲基醚二元醇(PTMEG,Mn=1000)和脂肪族二元醇类扩链剂为原料,通过预聚体法合成了透明聚氨酯(PU)弹性体,通过核磁共振谱(NMR)确定了弹性体的化学结构,系统研究了不同结构扩链剂对产物力学性能、剥离性能和光学性能的影响,并用原子力显微镜(AFM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)法分析了PU与有机玻璃(PMMA)的剥离界面。结果表明:随扩链剂链长的增加,H12MDI型聚醚弹性体的拉伸强度、剥离强度和邵氏硬度降低,断裂伸长率增加;扩链剂长度对光学性能的影响很小;PU/PMMA界面处由于酯交换反应而进一步在PU和PMMA之间形成化学键。
