Fracture Toughness Based on Test Method for Straight-Notch CT Specimen

  • 摘要: 依据ASTM用于CT试样获取断裂韧度载荷分离理论规则化方法提出量纲一载荷分离法,从而完善用于断裂韧度测试的载荷分离理论,且根据弹塑性有限元精细计算结果以及直通型CT变形几何关系,提出裂纹嘴张开位移与加载线位移的转换公式.采用不同初始裂纹长度CT钝裂纹试样对公式的有效性和精确性进行试验验证,进而实现对1Cr12Mo、30Cr2Ni4MoV以及P91管材10Cr9Mo1VNbN三种合金直通型CT试样的JR阻力曲线测定, 结果表明,试验值与公式计算值的最大相对误差均在5%以内.
