Experimental and Numerical Study of Progressive Failure of TC4 Titanium Alloy Specimens

  • 摘要: 以商业有限元分析软件ABAQUS为平台,基于GTN金属断裂模型对TC4钛合金光滑圆形试样和两种不同缺口形状试样在单向拉伸试验中的渐进破坏过程进行数值研究,同时对比分析了几何非线性的影响在数值计算中的差异.结果表明,该模型预测TC4钛合金试样单向拉伸试验的载荷-位移曲线及宏观断裂形貌与真实试验结果基本一致.
