本文研究了用于K3高温合金的三种下同硅含量铝化物涂层的抗热腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,在本工作所涉及的硅含量范围内.涂层的抗热腐蚀性能随硅含量的增加而提高。硅提高涂层抗热腐蚀性能的首要原因在于,在热腐蚀过程中形成非晶态的SiO2,它与材料表面沉积的熔盐反应后可以降低熔盐的碱性,使保护性氧化膜得以稳定存在,从而减缓了碱性熔融对氧化膜的破坏:其次,硅的存在限制了涂从中钨、铝向表层的扩散,从而抑制了气化膜酸性熔融的产生。
Abstract
The hot corrosion behavior of the alu minide coatings contained different conteat of silicon has been investigated in this paper.The results of the in vesitigation showed that,in givea eztent of silicon content,the hot corrosion resistance of the A1-Si coatings increased with increasing of silicon content.The analysis results showed that the major reason why silicon enhance the hot.corrosion resistance of the coatings was due to the formation of amorphous silica whick reacted with the melting salt deposited on the surface of materialsand decreased the ozide ion concentration of the melting salt therefore retarded the basic flu xing of the protective ozide scale.Besides this,the tungsten and molybdenum in the coatings were restricted by the silion to the inner zone of the coatings,w hick inhibited the acidic flu ring attack.
