本文对Al-2.5 W t%Cu合金定向凝固参数及组织结构的微机实时控制进行了探讨.结果表明,定向凝固参数及组织结构是能够实现微机实时控制的;对Al-2.5 W t%Cu合金而言,定向凝固过程实施微机实时拉制以后,液一固界面前沿的温度梯度趋于更加稳定,凝固速率更加趋向于设定值,液一固界面位置能较快地趋于稳定,定向枝品生长形态随试样高度变化较小。
