摘要

本试验利用光学金相、TEM、SEM、俄歇光谱测定法和X射线衍射等手段,对在微重力场(返地式卫星中)下凝固的Al-Li合金样品及在地面重力场下凝固的合金样品进行了对比分析,发现:1.空间样品的收缩部位较地面样品集中,且表面粗糙.2.空间样品晶粒较大,其T1(Al2CuLi)相含量较多而AlCu4相含量却较少.本文对产生这些差异的原因做了分析.

Abstract

Comparison investigation of Al-Li alloy specimens melted and solidified in the reentrant satellite and on the earth was carried out with optical metallo-graphy,TEM,SEM,Auger electron spectrometry and X-ray diffraction.It was found that to compare with the specimen on the earth the specimen solidified in the microgravity condition had less and concentrited shrinkage,coarser surface,larger grains,more T1(Al2CuLi)phase and less AlCu4 phase.Some of the reasons for the differences were discussed.
