摘要

在Al-Mg-Li合金中加入Mn,Zn和Ag元素,提高了合金的时效硬化程度和拉伸强度,穿晶断裂的比例增加,塑性稍有降低。这些变化与形成Al6Mn粒子和Ag,Zn在δ′粒子中富集有联系。

Abstract

The effect of Mn, Zn and Ag on microstructures and tensile properties of Al-Mg-Li alloys was investigated. The results show that the extent of age hardening and the tensile strength increase, while the plasticity decreases accompanied by increasing transgranular fracture when adding these elements. These behaviors could be related to enrichment of Zn, Ag in δ′ particles and formation of Al6Mn precipitates, respectively.
