采用大变形刚粘塑性有限元法模拟Rene′95粉末高温合金盘件等温锻造过程,揭示了整个变形过程中材料的流动、充填规律,给出了不同变形时期的应变分布;指出模拟式设计是今后锻造过程设计的发展方向。
Abstract
In the present paper, the process of isothermal forging of as-HIPed Rene′95 is simulated by using large deformation rigid-viscoplastic finite element method (FEM). The flowing law and the strain distribution of the workpiece are analyzed. Finally, the importance and advance of design based on simulation is described in comparison with empirical design.
