摘要

为了提高DZ22合金的高温抗氧化性能,利用磁控溅射技术沉积了NiCrAlY涂层。周期氧化试验表明,涂覆NiCrAlY涂层后DZ22/NiCrAlY系统周期氧化总寿命高于2000h,较未施加涂层的DZ22提高10倍以上。涂层中微量元素Y和RE的适当增加,可进一步改善涂层的抗高温氧化性能。

Abstract

NiCrAlY coatings on DZ22 superalloy are prepared by magnetic sputtering deposition to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of DZ22 superalloy. The results of cyclic oxidation test shown that the cyclic oxidation life of DZ22/NiCrAlY system is about 2000h, which is 10 times as the cyclic oxidation life of DZ22. The high temperature oxidation resistance can be improved by increasing the Y and RE in coating.
