摘要

研究了不同热处理工艺与K418B合金细晶铸件组织和性能的关系,结果表明,合金组织中的γ′相大小和晶界上次生碳化物的形态和分布对中温持久性能具有重要影响。提出了K418B合金细晶铸件合适的真空热处理制度为:1180℃/2h,AC+930℃/16h,AC。

Abstract

The relationship between different heat treatment technical system with the microstructure and the mechanical behavior of fine-grain casted K418B superalloy have been studied It is found that the dimensions of γ′phase as well as the shape and distribution of hypo-carbide at grain boundary have an important influence on the mediums temperature stress rupture properties The suitable vacuum heat treatment technical system has been suggested as 1180℃/2h,AC+930℃/16h,AC for fine-grain casted K418B superalloy.
